1. Introduction

Welcome to the metallaxis.gr website. This is an online store selling products via the Internet,
which is operated by Metallaxis, with headquarters at 2 Artakis 2, Toumba, 54453 postal code
(hereinafter referred to as the “Business”).

The use of this website and the placing of orders are governed by the following terms. By entering and using the site
you are deemed to accept these terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.

2. General terms & amendments

The Merchant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time it deems necessary, without individual notice.
The changes are effective from the date of their publication on the relevant page. Contracts shall be drawn up in Greek.

3. Information, products & availability

The Merchant makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, prices and photos of products are accurate and up-to-date.
However, there may be errors or omissions. In such cases, the Merchant is entitled to correct the
data and, if an order is affected, to contact you for confirmation or cancellation.

4. Orders & prices

The submission of an order is a proposal to purchase. Acceptance is completed when the order is confirmed according to the e-shop procedure.
Prices are shown as stated on the product page at the time of ordering, unless there is an obvious technical error.

5. Limitation of liability

The Merchant is not liable for any damage that may result from delayed execution of an order due to force majeure,
technical problems or events that cannot be reasonably foreseen/controlled.

Important: The online store provides the content and services “as is”. The Company is not liable
for indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the site.

6. Intellectual property rights

All content of metallaxis.gr (texts, photos, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, etc.)
is the intellectual property of the Company or third parties that have granted a relevant license and is protected by Greek, European
and international law.

Copying, reproduction, republication, modification or commercial exploitation of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. User obligations

You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and morality. It is prohibited, for example:

9. Withdrawal policy (14-day right)

If you are a consumer, you have the right of unjustified withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt,
in accordance with applicable law, unless there is a legal exception.

Basic requirements:

  • The product must be returned in excellent condition, with full packaging/boxing where applicable.
  • The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise specified in the e-shop’s returns procedure.
  • The refund is made within the time limits provided by law from the receipt/check of the refund.

10. Defective / wrong delivery

If you receive the wrong product or find a problem/defect, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details.
You will be given instructions for replacement, return or other solution, in accordance with consumer rights and the store’s commercial policy.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Statement and the Cookies Policy of the site.

12. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any disputes, the courts of Thessaloniki are competent, unless the law
provides otherwise.
